Congratulations on completing your onboarding and welcome to Fospha!

We're here to support you every step of the way as you adopt our platform to achieve your marketing goals. In this article, we'll outline our 10-week adoption plan, which ensures that you and your team are able to make the most of our dashboards and all they have to offer.

Step 1 - Getting Started with Fospha

After your Go-Live call, you'll receive a follow-up to explore how Fospha can enhance your marketing strategy. Here are the key objectives for Week 1:

  • Establish a schedule for five adoption phase calls, alternating between our Customer Success and Product teams (more details below).

  • Select a Champion, your main point of contact, and a pro Fospha user (a Super User!). Brands with at least 1 Fospha Super User have a 26% higher ROAS and a 35% lower CAC than those who do not. Check out our "Become a Fospha Super User" articles, linked here. Having a Champion is often a crucial factor in our clients success, and we aim to set you up for it early.

  • While we've already conducted quality assurance on your data, we encourage you to spend time with the dashboards. You know your data better than we do, so if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask!

  • We understand that driving change within organizations can be challenging, so we'll assist you in identifying all potential users and setting-up access, reports, and exports to meet your specific needs.

  • We'll ensure you are able to reach us easily for additional support or queries. In addition to the various points of contact within our team, you can contact us anytime via the chat function in your dashboards or on the help centre!

Step 2 - Adoption Follow-Up Calls and Integration into Reporting Practices

We're committed to making Fospha an integral part of your daily practices. Our bi-weekly calls provide the support you need to leverage Fospha fully. Here's how we'll integrate Fospha into your workflow and daily reporting practices:

  • Week 2: We'll ensure your team is comfortable with the data and has begun integrating it into your workflow and daily reporting practices.

  • Week 4: Share feedback with our product team to tailor Fospha to your business, changing default markets to the ones that are relevant to you and ensuring all necessary integrations are in place.

  • Week 6: Review Fospha usage across your team and brainstorm potential changes to optimize your marketing spend and strategy based on the data and the new visibility you have of your upper funnel activity.

  • Week 8: Collaborate with our product team to ensure you have the necessary data for running tests smoothly.

  • Week 10: By this point, you should feel confident and supported enough to make changes to your marketing strategy, with our testing guidelines and team available for any questions.

Over these 10 weeks, we aim to help you revolutionize your marketing reporting approach, providing you with the tools and confidence to reallocate your budget effectively. As you redistribute your marketing budget with data-backed insights, we hope to become a valuable asset for your company's growth.
