The Fospha Pro Onboarding Process in 3 Steps

  1. Take 10 minutes to complete our onboarding form to share the information we need to start configuring and processing data on our side

    1. This includes sharing ‘read-only’ access to your GA, Ad and ecommerce platforms in order to set up the API integration to ingest daily cost and performance data from each activity.

  2. Data Validation and Quality Assurance

    1. We will spend approximately one week onboarding your data to our platform

    2. We will also carry out data validation checks to ensure your data is running through our model correctly and to ensure everything is perfect when you start using dashboards ahead of deploying them to you and your team

  3. Your will receive your log-in credentials and access to the Fospha Platform!

    1. You will receive a invitation from the Fospha Customer Success team to organize your Go Live Call, which will consist of a run through of your shiny new dashboards & time for initial feedback and questions

    2. You know your data better than we do, so we'll ask that once your dashboards are deployed, if you spot anything unusual, please feedback ASAP so that we can investigate and help to answer any questions
