To get started with Fospha, and as part of the Onboarding Process, you will provide us with your Overall Blended and Paid Media KPI targets for CPP, CAC and ROAS (for reporting across all Markets).

KPI Target Definitions:

CPP

Cost Per Purchase = Total Cost / Total Conversions

CAC

Customer Acquisition Cost = Total Cost / New Conversions

*The reporting of CAC is dependent on completed ecommerce integration
โ€‹

ROAS

Return on Ad Spend = Revenue / Cost

Overall Blended Target - Inclusive of Sales and Revenue regardless of whether they were generated by Paid or Organic Media

Paid Media Target - Inclusive of Sales and Revenue generated only by Paid Media activities (i.e. Facebook + Google Ads etc)

Please note:

  • Do not worry if you don't know what your Paid Media targets should be. This is something Fospha will work with you to once we've unlocked accurate attribution!

  • These targets can be re-configured as required after your initial onboarding. Just let our Customer Success team know via the Chat function in your dashboards or the Help Center.
