"Period" is to filter by a set period, whereas date range allows you to filter by a custom period. You need to select “Use date range” from the “Period” selector to activate it.

One of my channels is showing in dashboards as the wrong channel - how do I fix this?
If one of your channels is not being presented in Fospha as you would expect, then please open a support ticket using our Report an Issue form, and we will investigate as soon as possible!
Why can't we see revenue reported by TikTok in the ad platform revenue column in Fospha?
We're aware that Total Complete Payment and Total Complete Payment Value in Tiktok show the revenue attributed to Tiktok campaigns, however these do not currently return any revenue value in our TikTok API. We have logged this issue numerous times with the Tiktok team, and we're working with them to find a solution to be able to show this for you in Fospha!
What happens in Fospha when I change a campaign name in one of the ad platforms?
We pull the most recent campaign name each day based on the campaign ID, so any changes you make in the ad platform will be reflected in Fospha from the date you make the change.
Please note that Fospha do not update campaign names historically, so if you make a campaign name change, in Fospha you will see one row for the original campaign name, and a new row for the updated campaign name.
Can we add weekly/monthly targets to Fospha, to be able to track our performance to target over time?
At the moment, we can support blended and paid targets for revenue, conversions, CPP, CAC (for those with their ecomm platforms connected), and ROAS. We're happy for you to change these at any point required, which you can do by reaching out to the team on the chat window in the bottom of the platform. We're also on-hand to help you set appropriate targets for your business.
We're currently working on enhancements to the way we support tracking to targets in Fospha, and we're expecting to have an upgrade in the near future that helps support this.
Do Fospha support Customer Lifetime Value analysis?
Lifetime Value is a key metric in the ability to set profitable CPP and CAC targets. Fospha plan to make an overall, blended Lifetime Value figure available for our Pro customers to inform your targets in the dashboards. If you have a Lifetime Value figure, please share it with us on the chat window and Fospha Customer Success will help you set blended & paid media targets that will deliver success for your company.
We'll be continuing to develop our research and thinking on how we can better incorporate or enhance our Lifetime Value offering directly into Fospha dashboard for future releases, and if you have any specific ideas or requests, then please fill out our New Feature Request form. Whilst we're working on this, we're big fans of the team over at https://www.lifetimely.io/ for any Shopify customers.
