How do I get help from the Fospha team?

There are lots of ways you can reach us, and we'll always do our best to get back to you quickly with the answers you need!

The fastest way to get a response is through our support team, which you can access in the following ways:

  • Use one of our self-serve forms:

    • To request a new login, please use our Request Access form

    • To request a new feature, please use our New Feature Request form

    • To report an issue, please use our Report an Issue form

      These forms are also all availble to complete directly via the chat window, and any submitted form will be responded to by a member of our team within 24 hrs.

  • Search for the answer in our Help Center - that's where you're reading this answer now! Type a keyword of what you're looking for in the handy search bar to find what you're looking for. If you can't find the answer, then please let us know so that we can make sure we write an answer for future reference!

  • Send us a message on the chat window - we've got a team of experts on hand to live chat with you when you're not finding the answers to your questions in the Help Center, plus we love a chat :)


Do you do App attribution?

Our product focus is on DTC eCommerce where transactions normally occur on-site. However, we can ingest revenue data from client's ecommerce systems for app conversions (providing this exists at the customer ID-level), and attribute app conversions/revenue to online marketing spend.


Where do I get help to use Fospha?

Fospha is an easy to use, self-service tool. However, plenty of resources and help are provided through our Help Center. Various help options are available including in-platform live chat, a knowledge base with articles here on how to use dashboards, product explainers, FAQ and much more.

Can clients access data without an account manager?

Absolutely – Fospha is completely self service.

If I change a campaign type or campaign name in Meta (or any other ad platform), how would Fospha know that the campaign name has changed?

We pull the most recent campaign name each day based on the campaign ID, so any changes you make in the ad platform will be reflected in Fospha from the date you make the change.

Please note that Fospha do not update campaign names historically, so if you make a campaign name change, in Fospha you will see one row for the original campaign name, and a new row for the updated campaign name.
