Our Recruitment Process

Our recruitment process varies depending on the role you are applying for. It will be a slight variation of the following 5 step process:

  1. A 30 min Pre-Screen call with the Manager or Lead of the department you are looking to join, to give us an opportunity to tell you more about the role and to learn more about your experience

  2. A Role-specific Task - you will be given 48 hours (approx.) to prepare a specific Task focused on the business area you are looking to work in. You will be asked to present your findings back to the interviewers having read around the topic and taken time to demonstrate to us your understanding and competency.

  3. A 1hr Interview with one to two Senior Team members, which tends to be split into 2 parts:

    1. 30 minutes of competency and values-based questions to understand more about your skills and experience as well as your alignment with our company values

    2. 30 minutes of scenario-based questions to see how you would respond in different scenarios

  4. Two 15-minute Team Chats to see how you fit in with the rest of the Fospha team

  5. 30 minute Exec Interview with our CEO to ensure our values match with your own
