The Channel Health Check dashboard provides a view on directional change of the performance of channels so that you can understand the performance and if you need to take any action. It also provides visual cues to indicate improvements and deterioration at channel/source level at a single glance.

Why would you use this dashboard?

KPI Channel Change

  • Use the KPI Channel Change chart to understand the selected Lead KPI’s performance compared to both the previous period and the target to understand which channels are driving the performance.

  • The yellow dotted line indicates the set target for the selected Lead KPI. It is either Blended or Paid dependent on the Media filter.

  • You can look at this at either a Channel Group level or Channel Source level using the 'Channel Level' filter

  • Use the Share of Spend chart to understand the share spend by source for the selected time period so that you know where your money is allocated. The view can be changed from the actual spend amounts to % of the total share.

  • Use the table to view your top-performing channels/sources ranked from highest to lowest conversions and drill into the detail for each channel and source showing further information.

  • You can use the 'Click to Sort' button on each column to sort from highest to lowest and vice versa.
